Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information.

Please note:

Elmora Montreal cannot influence carrier delays or customs timelines.


3. Shipping Origin & Method

All orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China, enabling us to offer competitive prices and a wide product range.

Because of the international origin:

  • Customs fees, import duties, or handling charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These costs are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipments typically use reliable international carriers and include track & trace functionality.

If the tracking information indicates that your parcel has been successfully delivered to the address provided, Elmora Montreal is no longer responsible for any claims of non-receipt.

We strongly advise customers to:

  • Double-check the delivery address

  • Ensure that someone is available to receive the package

  • Monitor tracking updates frequently

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping details.

If you submitted an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • After this period, we cannot guarantee that the address can still be changed.

If the parcel cannot be delivered due to address errors, Elmora Montreal is not liable for lost packages or additional costs.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

These fees are wholly the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable by Elmora Montreal.
